Bengisu Özgehan is a Director within the Fintech and Digital Finance team at KPMG Turkey. She brings over 15 years of experience in advising and auditing the establishment and operationalization of banks, digital banks, payment institutions, and electronic money institutions. Throughout her career, she has led and delivered a wide range of services including project management, strategic advisory, gap assessments, roadmap development, process analysis and workflow design, localization and implementation of international standards, IT and operational process design, software and vendor selection, as well as assurance engagements. Additionally, she has played a key role in supporting numerous organizations with regulatory compliance efforts, particularly in alignment with the Capital Markets Board (CMB) regulations governing the licensing and operational processes of crypto asset service providers.
