Ceren Sayar is the Head of Digital Banking at Isbank. Since 2003, she has been working in various positions within Isbank, focusing on development of digital channels, increasing number of users and enhancing the customer experience. She led the newly founded innovation unit (2016-2020), to develop new value propositions, collaborate with the entrepreneurship ecosystem and launch the Workup Entrepreneurship Program in 2017. She then worked on Isbank’s embedded banking initiatives, focusing on product and go-to-market strategies as the head of BaaS and Digital Partnerships Unit (2020-2024)
