Ilkay Öztürk currently serves as the Fund Asset Management Director at Hedef Portföy, bringing extensive experience in financial engineering and asset management. Prior to this role, he held positions at leading financial institutions including Ak Asset Management, Garanti BBVA Asset Management, and HSBC Asset Management, where he specialized in multi-asset fund management, arbitrage strategies, and the development of asset allocation models. He has deep expertise in statistical trading, portfolio optimization, and data analysis, with a focus on a wide range of asset classes such as fixed income, foreign exchange, equities, and ETFs. Öztürk holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering and Risk Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, both from Özyeğin University.
