Since 2023, İlker Sağlam has served as CEO and Board Member of İmecemobil A.Ş., a subsidiary of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. With over fifteen years of experience in banking and agricultural finance, he leads a team passionately committed to the digitalization of agriculture, the integration of technology to establish a more sustainable production framework, and the development of innovative financing solutions for the sector. Married and father of two, Mr. Sağlam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University.
