He has held senior positions at global companies such as BBVA and Vodafone, as well as at Turkey’s leading electronic money and payment institutions. During his tenure at these organizations, he played a key role in pioneering numerous financial technology innovations in Turkey. Kutay Yalınkılınç has also served as a Founding Board Member in professional associations dedicated to financial technology in Turkey, including the Turkish Electronic Money and Payment Institutions Association. In 2022, he founded the Fintech Innovation Hub to enhance collaboration between the fintech ecosystems of Turkey, Azerbaijan, other Turkic Republics, and Eastern Europe. As of September 2024, he has become a co-founder of Pars VC, where he focuses on investments and strategic support for financial technology companies in their global expansion efforts
