Onur Yurtsever is a seasoned finance executive, fintech entrepreneur, and thought leader in wealth management and investment technologies. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Smart Advice Financial Technologies Turkey and X Level Software Technologies Estonia, which are market-leading wealth tech companies, and has also successfully led a fintech startup to exit. With nearly two decades of experience in banking and finance, including international roles in the UK and the Netherlands. Onur began his career in some of Turkey’s most prominent financial institutions, including Garanti Bank, Garanti Bank Netherlands, YapıKredi Bank, Fibabanka, Finans Yatırım, Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB), Yatırım Finansman Brokerage Firm and ING Bank, where he held leadership roles in investment products, asset and wealth management, private banking, and capital markets. His last position in the banking sector was Head of Investment Products at ING Bank. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University (METU), a Master’s in Capital Markets from Marmara University, and another Master’s in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter in the UK.
