He also completed digital strategy and advanced business management programs at Harvard Business School and Northwestern Kellogg School. Before returning to Turkey, Bayülgen held senior positions at international companies such as FedEx, Peppers & Rogers Group, and Star Group. Most recently, he served as the country partner at Bain & Company, where he led strategy consulting and transformation programs for many leading retail, transportation, and technology firms. In early 2021, he joined Hepsiburada as the General Manager of HepsiPay. Bayülgen has also worked as a part-time faculty member, teaching MBA and EMBA students at Koç University from 2011 to 2019.
