Zehra Öney is a pioneering entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years of experience in technology-driven marketing, digital transformation, and innovation. As the Founding Chairwoman of 360+ Media Interactive Technologies Agency, she has led award-winning digital, mobile, and AR/VR campaigns for leading corporates and NGOs in Türkiye and globally. Formerly CEO of Blippar Türkiye and a member of its global leadership team, she introduced augmented reality to Türkiye and spearheaded regional projects across CEE, Russia, and the Middle East. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles in tourism, telecom (Turkcell), and mobile marketing (Mobilera), where she earned global recognition including GSMA and MMA awards. A passionate advocate for gender equality in tech, Öney founded the Women in Technology Association (Wtech), training over 10,000 individuals—75% women—with a 93% employment rate. She also serves on various advisory boards and has taught at leading universities, cementing her role as a thought leader in digital innovation and inclusive tech education.
